Starting July 1, 2026, Medicare beneficiaries who qualify for the new GLP-1 Bridge demonstration will pay a flat $50 per month for Wegovy, Zepbound, or Foundayo. The program runs through December 31, 2027, and requires no registration or opt-in. But the $50 copay sits entirely outside the Part D benefit
